Mr. Reid has over forty years of experience in the areas of employee relations and benefits law, unlawful discrimination, sexual harassment, general corporate law and civil litigation, both at the state and federal trial and appellate levels. He has advised global corporations on business transactions and legal compliance. Mr. Reid is admitted to practice before the bars of New York State, the United States District Courts for the Eastern District and Southern District of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States Supreme Court, and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. Mr. Reid currently serves as Managing Partner of the firm of Reid Rodriguez and Rouse, LLP. He is the President of the New York City Council of Presbyterian Men, the Chairman of the Board of the New York City Counsel of Presbyterian Men, the Chairman of the Board of the National Minority Business Counsel (“NMBC”) and the General Counsel to the NMBC. Mr. Reid was formerly Moderator of the Permanent Judicial Commission of the Presbytery of the City of New York. In 2003, Mr. Reid was a candidate for the Supreme Court of the State of New York, and was rated as qualified by the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
Mr. Rodriguez is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. Upon completing his legal studies he was selected as a Reginald Hebert Smith Fellow. Mr. Rodriguez has an M.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. from Pace University. He is a former Clerk with the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.

Additionally, she has spent five years in the Shareholder Relations Department of a Fortune 500 multinational company. For the past 10 years Ms. Rouse has specialized in Immigration, Business and Family Law. Ms. Rouse has also worked in Employee and Labor Relations handling arbitrations, mediation and litigation cases. Ms. Rouse is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She currently practices business and family-based immigration, employment law and general litigation. Ms. Rouse is admitted to the New York State Bar, the Connecticut State Bar, and the North Carolina State Bar. She is a member of the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York State and is admitted to the US Supreme Court.
Ms. Rouse has been professionally associated with the firm since 1997 and was named a partner of the firm in 1999.
